EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached.
EXCHANGES
Please reach out to us at ciao@sottobrand.com if you would like to exchange an item/s and one of our friendly stylists will be happy to assist.
We offer exchanges on all items.
RETURNS
To lodge your return, please log in to your customer account using the below link and follow the steps to "request return"

Once your return is received and approved, your refund or credit will be processed within 2 - 7 business days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
For PayPal or AfterPay refunds, please allow some extra time as processing times do usually take a little longer with these two payment providers.
